We have spoken of sugar and cereals, but it is equally important to avoid pasteurized milk, soy products and factory-made food, which is filled with dangerous chemicals. Few are aware that milk which is pasteurized at high temperatures, in essence, is dead, because the proteins have been damaged and all enzymes died. This is one of the reasons why so many people are allergic to milk. Soy is another unhealthy food.
Most of the soy you find in foods are GMO soy. Unless soy has been fermented, you risk to exposed yourself to a wide range of anti nutrients. Soy is not the miracle diet, it is touted to be. It is cheap to produce, and it is profitable.
If you eat that kind of food, you will increase the number of fat cells to store unwanted toxins and further accumulation of water. Then remove them from your diet. Be sure to drink plenty of water during the day as it keeps the skin moist and flushes toxins out of the body I.
Remember to have fun What we do at home with us is simply that we eat meat and vegetables at all three main meals. We also rotate our diet so we get a little variation and simultaneously reduces the risk of developing food allergies. When you base your diet on foods that promote health, it is surprising so few sweets you need. But it's important to have fun and enjoy life once in a while.
The way we do it is to eat healthy 80% of the time and have 20% left for fun and frivolity. For myself, it means a plate of Dagoba's delicious chocolate and a GREAT deal of ice on the weekends!
